MGrid also operates through its affiliated entities in the UAE, the United States and New Zealand.

MGrid operates in India, the UAE, the United States and New Zealand, and our providers may process data in other countries. Where personal information crosses borders we apply appropriate safeguards, such as contractual protections, and handle it in line with the law of the country it was collected in.

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, then delete or anonymise it. Enquiry data is generally kept for up to two years after our last contact; client and contract records for the period required by tax and company law; unsuccessful application records for up to one year unless you ask us to keep them longer.
